Terms of Service
Welcome to TaiwanChipShield Sovereign AI Agent Platform ("Platform"), provided by TaiwanChipShield Technology Co., Ltd. By registering, signing in, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and related policies.
1. Services
Features may include AI chat, voice, STT/TTS, translation, Knowledge, RAG, Memory, organization/alliance collaboration, and membership. Availability follows your plan and notices.
2. Account and Identity
Registration and login are provided by TaiwanChipShield Identity. Identity accounts differ from Sovereign AI profile, subscription, Knowledge, Memory, and Conversation data. Deleting one product's data does not automatically delete the Identity account for other TaiwanChipShield services.
3. Free plan (permanent) and paid upgrades
Free (personal sovereign AI) is permanently free—no token purchase is required for basic features announced by the Platform. Free access is not ended by an old "trial expiry" concept. PRO and Ultimate are paid plans; prices and features follow the Plans page and your order. Do not rely on outdated "7-day / 30-day free trial" public copy.
4. Orders and manual payment review
Submitting payment details does not mean approval. Subscription starts after the company confirms payment. Review is targeted within about 24 hours when materials are complete.
5. Paid subscription expiry
After a paid plan expires, compute-heavy features may be limited. Existing data is not automatically made public or deleted. Free members are not described as "trial expired".
6. Conversation, Memory, Knowledge
These are distinct: chats/transcripts; long-term memory; uploaded/RAG knowledge. Rules for use, retention, visibility, and deletion may differ.
7–8. Visibility and subscription separation
PRIVATE / ORGANIZATION / ALLIANCE / PUBLIC never auto-change because of joining an org/alliance or changing plan. Visibility ≠ subscription entitlement.
9–10. Org, Alliance, PUBLIC Knowledge
Joining an org/alliance does not share all PRIVATE data. PUBLIC Knowledge requires lawful rights; the Platform may refuse or take down.
11. Processing vs training
Service processing (RAG, STT, inference) is not model-training consent. Training needs explicit authorization.
12–13. Voice, translation, AI outputs
Audio and transcripts may be processed as needed. AI, STT, and translation can err and are not professional advice.
14–24. Prohibited use, third parties, maintenance, termination, retention, notices, IP, liability, amendments, governing law
