Article 1 — Plan Content

Publishing credits, validity, features, bilingual services, and pricing follow the purchase page and order.

Article 2 — Credit Usage

Credits are consumed upon submission or publication per plan rules; whether rejected drafts refund credits follows purchase page terms.

Article 3 — Discount Points

Discount points may offset publishing plans but are not withdrawable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

Article 4 — Changes

New plan pricing does not alter completed orders unless otherwise agreed.
