Platform Terms

Article 1 — Scope

These Terms apply to your access to and use of ITVTS Industry Tourism AI Bilingual News, operated by Taiwan Core Shield Technology Co., Ltd., including news browsing, membership, author publishing, AI-assisted features, payments, wallet, tips, featured promotions, and related services.

Article 2 — Account Management

You must provide accurate contact information and safeguard your credentials. You may not lend, transfer, sell, or impersonate accounts. Losses caused by poor credential custody are your responsibility; the platform may assist with security review on a case-by-case basis.

Article 3 — Platform Services

The platform may suspend services for maintenance, security, legal compliance, third-party outages, or force majeure. Reasonable notice will be given when feasible, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Article 4 — Acceptable Use

You must not: violate laws; infringe IP or privacy rights; publish fraudulent or harmful content; attack systems; manipulate metrics or transactions; scrape at scale; or impersonate the platform, authors, or third parties.

Article 5 — Content Actions

The platform may restrict, unpublish, remove, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts as required by law, authorities, court orders, complaints, or platform policies.

Article 6 — Fees

Paid services follow amounts shown at checkout, on orders, and in applicable plan terms. Promotions and credits are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.

Article 7 — Limitation of Liability

The platform does not warrant third-party sites, user content, or payment processors; statutory liabilities are not waived.

Article 8 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation unless mandatory jurisdiction applies.
