Article 1 — Ownership

Authors generally retain copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 2 — License Grant

Authors grant the platform rights necessary to operate: reproduction, editing/format conversion, public transmission, display, summaries, translation, social previews, and official promotion.

Authors must have authority to grant these specific exploitation rights.

Article 3 — Term

The license begins upon submission or publication and ends after deletion plus required backup, audit, and legal retention periods.

Article 4 — Third-Party Materials

Authors must secure rights or ensure fair use for embedded media, trademarks, data, and quotations.

Article 5 — Infringement Notices

Rights holders may submit proof, URLs, descriptions, and contact details; the platform may restrict content and notify authors.
