Author Earning Payout

Article 1 — Earning States

Earnings may be Pending, Available, Reserved, Paid, Converted, or Frozen. Only Available balances may be withdrawn per rules.

Article 2 — Withdrawal Threshold

Withdrawal requests require at least NT$50,000 in Available earnings.

Article 3 — Review

Identity, account, transaction, tax, and risk reviews may delay payouts when data is incomplete or disputes are open.

Article 4 — Fees & Tax

Wire fees, withholding, and income documents follow applicable law and platform notices.

Article 5 — Abnormal Transactions

Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, manipulation, infringement, or miscalculations may be reserved, reversed, or adjusted in ledgers without deleting history.
